Personal training programs are tailored for your cycling goals, whether you want to improve your fitness on the bike or want to go out racing. Our Cycling Science coaches can develop a training program for you to fit your lifestyle, life commitments, sporting background and your ultimate goal. There is no point in writing a fantastic program that you simply don’t have the time or ability to complete. It is all about quality not quantity

Training program options

Option 1

12 week personal training program. Includes initial face to face consultation. One 30min cycling assessment or max heart rate test. Email feedback.

Cost $300 for initial 12 week program

Cost $220 for next 12 week program

Option 2

Monthly training program (4 weeks). Personalised training program tailored for your goals. Includes initial face to face consultation. Email feedback.

Cost $150

Option 3

Choose one of the 4 week training programs designed to improve a specific area. Choose from the:

Sprint training program;

Hill training program;

Endurance training program;

Strength training program; or the

Speed training program.

Cost $ 60 per program

Max Heart Rate Test

Do you want to get the best out of your training? Knowing your personal heart rate will allow us to calculate your heart rate training zones.  Training with heart rate zones allows us to monitor your body’s response to training and most importantly recovery. Allow 1 hour for max heart rate test.

Cost $50 (allow 1 hour)
